Personal development coaching is for those who know there is more to life than what they are getting however they have no idea how to get there.  These sessions are for people serious about creating change in life, those who want to develop self resilience and self reliance where they truly know that all outcomes are based on the daily actions which consistently applied can lead to life changing success in any area.  This is for people who are totally ready to own all aspects of themselves and take responsibility for how they show up on a day to day basis.  It may not be a pretty ride and many triggers could be hit, the consistent and persistent prevail when they learn the tools and techniques taught through these coaching sessions.

PTSD/Trauma coaching is for people who have experienced disturbing or distressing events that they relive on a daily basis.  It is specifically designed to recode the negative emotional responses that keep a person stuck in a loop reliving the past experience and not being able to move forwards.  This is not a talking therapy, it is a process that the client is guided through.  As a practitioner I do not need to know the in's and out's of the subject, as long as you can connect to the content that is all that matters.  Perfect for anyone not wanting to discuss previous events.
